HairFactor is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical diagnoses, treatment plans, or professional health advice. The analysis results are for educational purposes only and should never replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

3. User Responsibilities

• Use the app only for its intended purpose
• Don't rely solely on the app for health decisions
• Provide only your own photos for analysis
• Don't use the app to diagnose others

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of HairFactor are the exclusive property of HairFactor and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

HairFactor and its creators shall not be liable for any damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the app. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any analysis.

6. Subscription & Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Terms and pricing are clearly communicated before purchase. Refunds are governed by the applicable app store's policies.
